Easy Filter Changes and Maintenance (Standard) Ease of maintenance is critical in today’s fast paced environment. With the RoboVent Mobile unique FastTrack front loading filter system, filter checking and change-out is a snap.

 

Accessibility (Standard) RoboVent units feature very large filter and hopper access doors and heavy-duty, robust latching systems. In addition, intake plenum cleanout doors are provided on all models, with multiple cleanouts on larger units.

 

PowerFlex Pulsing System (Standard) RoboVent systems utilize the state-of-the-art PowerFlex System, a very powerful self-cleaning system that delivers consistent pulsing pressure across the entire filter.

 

Waste Augers (Optional) Material handling screw conveyors can be either hydraulically or compressed air driven. They are installed on the collector hoppers to discharge the collected material into a drum or super-sack.

 

Trailer Mounted Version (Optional) RoboVent units can come mounted to rugged industrial-duty trailers for easy mobility. Fifth wheel or adjustable pintle hitches available.

 

On-Board Air Compressors (Optional) Built-in Compressors are available for most RoboVent units. With this option, there is no need to hook up compressed air for the pulse cleaning system on site, making the units truly self-contained.
