Wash Pro 7000

Surface preparation is critical to a high quality finish. Multi-Stage Washers are used to clean the surfaces of product prior to liquid or powder coat. The number of stages used in the washing process is customized to each customer’s requirements and the complexity of the parts. A RoboVent Wash Pro 7000 can be designed for either full immersion or spray cleaning systems. Generally the process includes a Chemical cleaning stage, then a rinse, and a secondary rinse. Custom wash lines may include a phosphate wash stage, additional chemical wash stages and additional final rinse stages.
