RoboVent’s Aqua-Tec Waterborne Curing System is the answer for waterborne application environments. Designed to drastically reduce the flash off times of waterborne coatings, Aqua-Tec, can be retrofitted to nearly any new or existing paint booth system of single or double wall construction. The Aqua-Tec system boasts advanced design features that have been custom engineered to provide greater performance and productivity for all finishing applications that utilize waterborne coatings. The Aqua-Tec system utilizes clean, filtered, heated paint booth air and is strategically placed to enhance laminar airflow throughout the booth cabin. The Aqua-Tec does not require angle adjustment as it is integrated to enhance
the natural airflow of the spray booth cabin. With up to 500 fpm surface velocity, this system will quickly dry any surface with its accelerated airflow. The Aqua-Tec's zoned control system allows it to be used to flash between coats or operated in conjunction with the cure cycle, enhancing the cure time of your solvent based products as well. A variable speed option provides you with ultimate flexibility.
