Quality Filter Media -- Most buyers are satisfied if the filters they purchase just clear the air. But RoboVent sees things a little differently. It is no small feat but RoboVent has developed a process of Quality Control that has NO industry peers in keeping filters leak-free. Endurex W13 Pre-Conditioning Process -- Pre-coating filters to improve performance has been a fairly basic procedure—until now. RoboVent’s engineers have developed a highly controlled approach to create a super filter. By designing a precisely monitored process, the pre-conditioning stage embeds microscopic particles to improve a filter’s efficiency while avoiding a build-up of filter particles that cannot be removed through pulse cleaning. These pre-conditioned filters are a unique and powerful example of RoboVent’s industry-leading designs, and drive to produce fresh, clean air.

 

Testing Ensures the Pre-Conditioning Process -- Pre-conditioning a filter is one thing—testing each filter batch to make sure it meets the highest quality standard is something else entirely. But that’s exactly what RoboVent does. By utilizing a particle monitor to measure microscopic pre-coat particles that may pass through a filter, graphs are plotted to provide an objective, data-driven evaluation. Filters that don’t meet the standard are rejected. This critical step provides RoboVent customers of the finest quality filters… and of cleaner air.

 

Proven Cabinet Design -- If you want to be sure that filter cabinets are leak-proof, then 100% welded construction is mandatory. And that’s exactly what RoboVent does. Furthermore, it’s clear that the biggest loss in filter life is due to re-entrainment, or the re-introduction of dust that had already been removed. In fact, most experts agree that filter life could be extended indefinitely if re-entrainment could be eliminated. RoboVent has the solution. DownFlow technology delivers air evenly without topside turbulence to minimize re-entrainment and prolong filter life significantly. And the result is cleaner air.

 

Advanced Controls -- Since no one component is more important to the success of our industry-leading collection systems than the next, RoboVent subjects its control panels to the same arduous testing as every other component. The ePad XE control panel is a full color touch screen that puts all the major functions of the ventilation system at your fingertips, including the PowerFlex Pulsing System. The ePad also tells you when filters need to be changed and for safety it shuts down a unit if smoke is detected or particulate gets past the filters. The eDrive system uses a sensor to continually monitor airflow through the unit, and then using a VFD, automatically adjusts the RPM of the motor to compensate for filter loading. All control systems are thoroughly tested before and after installation following a specific quality control checklist. Furthermore, every unit is powered up and tested on the factory floor to ensure that each is fully operational.

 

Quality Assurance -- How can RoboVent guarantee quality? By following a strict quality control procedure including a Black Light Test for all cabinets and filters. A special florescent powder is dispersed into the equipment while the blower is operating. Then a Quality Control Technician examines the cabinet thoroughly to verify there are no leaks in the system. Should a cabinet show any potential for problems, it is returned to production. Each filter is also subjected to this rigorous testing to be certain that each can be seated properly and that the gasket seals the filter completely from the clean side to the dirty side. If a filter shows any indication of a leak, the QC Technician rejects it to prevent it from being sold or shipped. Rigorous quality control procedures are your assurance of cleaner air.
