A16 PleatLock premium filter media is a proprietary cellulose polyester blended flame retardant media with a extra nanofiber surface filtration layer with an initial Minimum Efficient Reporting Value of 16 (MERV16). The base media is enhanced with a direct spray nanofiber to promote surface loading during operation and dust release during pulse cleaning. RoboVent’ s PleatLock and Endurex RMO technology has been engineered to provide more filter media within the cartridge for extended filter life and reduced maintenance. The A16 approached HEPA-level filtration efficiency, capturing at least 95% of particles in the 0.3-1.0 micron range. This makes the A16 PleatLock suitable for collection of fumed particulate and more hazardous materials, such as weld smoke, weld smoke containing hex chrome or manganese, laser and plasma cutting, ultrafine pharmaceutical and chemical powders, and other submicron particulate.

PleatLock filters are high-performance cartridge filters with excellent filtration efficiency, performance and longevity. The innovative pleat design results in 35% more filter media per inch for a more compact filter and an overall smaller dust collection system. Dimples in the pleats allow for better airflow and lower pressure drop for enhanced performance and energy efficiency.

Endurex RMO filters use a mini-pleat design with wide pleat spacing for enhanced airflow. RMO support keeps optimal separation between the pleats, which ensures even filter loading and maximizes the available filter media.
