Can I keep operating if my dust collector isn’t working properly?

In most cases, continuing to operate without a properly functioning dust collection system is not recommended. Reduced airflow or system failure can allow dust to accumulate in the facility, increasing health risks, fire hazards and compliance violations. If the system is not performing as intended, it should be evaluated and repaired promptly.
